There are generally two types of rentals that you have to consider; Let Only Properties and Managed Properties.

Let Only Properties
These are properties where Merrett Management will not provide any management services. We have acted on behalf of the landlord to find them tenants and in this situation the landlord will look after all maintenance and repairs to the property.

Managed Properties
These are properties where we have been instructed to provide a management service on behalf of the landlord. We will be your first point of contact for any queries, maintenance or repairs.
